About the Author
Roger Ackerley is one of the UK’s leading Performance Engineers. Educated as a mathematician, he then obtained his Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering and has applied his skills to a wide range of applications for over 20 years working for British Telecom. He currently leads the Critical Solutions team within BTexact’s Performance Engineering Department.
